at the moment I am receive the option to use the app and/or my email to receive my OKta verfication code. The email currently listed for me is my work (Redfin) email which doesn't work if I cant log into it.
My question is = how can I change it to send the okta code to my personal email address?
I'm fine with the app option - but I don't have access to my phone during the day and really need to be able to get the verificaiton code sent to my personal email - please send instructions - thank you

Please reach out to your company's IT Support/Help Desk to discuss if the email address used for the 2 step verification can be changed to suit your needs.
