Help Needed: Locked Out of Okta Admin Account

Hello Okta Developer Community,

 

I'm having a problem with devlop-okta right now.

Could you please support me?

 

environment:

(1) My develop-okta is [dev-66074333.okta.com]

(2) [dev-66074333.okta.com] collaborates with external IdP-A through SAML

 

 

Problem:

 (1) All Routing Rules of external IdP-A were set to Any.

 (2) Then, all users were set to log in using external IDP-A.

(3) As a result, the administrator user of [dev-66074333.okta.com], who is not registered in the external IDP-A, is no longer able to log in to [dev-66074333.okta.com] as an administrator.

 

question:

please tell me.

Is there any way to resolve this situation?

Will I be able to log in as an administrator?

    You will need to check if you have alternative SuperAdmin accounts that have an Okta password and are not logging in via an external IDP.  

    You can attempt leveraging the direct login link dev-66074333.okta.com/login/default . Please let me know if that works.
