DarinS.81038 (Ygrene Energy Fund) asked a question.

"The user account is disabled" but it's not

A former employee has returned and after reactivating AD and her Okta account all is well except that the Office 365 app won't assign to her page. I have a feeling that something is stuck since her account was deactivated for almost two years. The Office account is working since her Outlook desktop app connects with no issues.

Any ideas?
