A former employee has returned and after reactivating AD and her Okta account all is well except that the Office 365 app won't assign to her page. I have a feeling that something is stuck since her account was deactivated for almost two years. The Office account is working since her Outlook desktop app connects with no issues.
Any ideas?

The problem could the with the account used for Provisioning, we recommend to navigate to the Provisioning tab and from the API integration screen to perform a Test API Credentials.
