Hello,
does anyone have experience authenticating Azure DevOps via Okta? Which authentication method can I use here so that the can also login with third-party applications such as GitHub or Visual Studio?

You can use the Office 365 application and federate the domain, once this is done when you try to sign in into Azure you will be directed to Okta for the authentication. Please see our Office federation doc below:
