Okta Verify not working on customer webpage, but is working on customer VDI

I have been having issues accessing the customer Jira / Confluence when attempting to log in via a webpage from my laptop. I do not receive the option for receiving a push notification from Okta. However, when I access my VDI for the customer, I do receive the push notification and can access Jira / Confluence. Additionally, when I accessed this page I was able to receive a push notification to access the page. Seems to be isolated to my customer sites. I'm waiting to hear back from their IT department, but I wanted to reach out the community to see if this could be a setting issue on my laptop. Thanks in advance.

Hello @User16445920837206868519 (Customer) Thank you for reacting out to our Community!

This could be cause the sign on policy and the network that triggers it. If the IP from the webpage and VDI are different, then the policy will be triggered only on the specific IP mentioned in the Network of the policy. We would also recommend that their IT team to review the System log to understand what could cause this issue and resolve it based on the findings.
