ne33x (ne33x) asked a question.

New Developer Account - never sent organisation url, which I need to login?

I recently set up a developer account. I got an activation email which I activated and reset my password.

However and according to help documentation the organization url should have been in the activation email, which it wasn't.

I can't login, I can't contact support...what can I do?

I have checked my junk mail for any other emails and there are none. I will attach screen-grabs of the activation email which has now expired and the help topic of how to find your organizational url.

Help!!!!

Hi @ne33x (ne33x) , Thank you for reaching out to the Okta Community!

You’ll need to leverage the Activation email, right-click on the “Activate” button → “copy link” and paste it in a notepad to check for the org URL and extract it from there. It should be something like dev-123123.okta.com or trial-1231231.okta.com depending how you signed up.

If my answer helped, remember to mark it as best to increase its visibility for other members of the Okta Community who might have the same questions as you.

    Hope my answer helps!
