Locked out of my dev admin account and cannot reset password or file help center ticket

I'm reaching out because I can't login into my dev account and I'm the only admin on that account.

 

I've tried filing a help ticket, but the interface won't let me open a case because the "Select the Okta Org impacted by this issue" field is not auto completing or providing any suggestions.
