Hello!
Can you help me please, I have an OKTA account linked to my old phone, and now I have a new phone and would like to transfer my OKTA account to my new phone, I was able to transfer it but not all accounts were transferred to my new device. My scale account was transferred but my PayPal account did not. Now I read an instruction online and it says to remove the old device in the OKTA dashboard which I did, but my PayPal account has still not reflected in my new device. Now, for some reason, I deleted my PayPal account in my Okta App from my old device thinking it might somehow reflect on my new device already, and regret the second I deleted it! Now I cannot open my PayPal cause it requires my okta code, which I no longer have access to. I tried reaching out to PayPal and they want me to call them but the number they provided cannot be dialed. I'm here now asking if there is any way I can retrieve my PayPal account, the one I deleted from my Okta App so I can log in to my PayPal. And, if it is now possible to have it transferred to my New device already. I hope you can help me with this. Thank you so much!

Hello @ixxhy (ixxhy) Thank you for reacting out to our Community!
Unfortunately once an account has been removed from Okta verify, it can not be retrieved. The only option in this case is to have PayPal to reset your MFA. Our recommendation is to manually switch the MFA from the accounts when changing your phone, to avoid such situations.
I would recommend to continue working with PayPal Support, as there should be other ways to verify your account and remove the MFA to add another one.
