I am trying to join Teams for a new organization I'm working for. But when I try to sign on, it keeps going to my old school account. How to I get it to log on through my new company?

Thank you for posting on the Okta community page!
Based on the information provided, I would recommend to try and delete any cached Microsoft passwords and reboot the machine by following the steps mentioned bellow:
1. Open Credential Manager app on Windows (For Mac, open the Keychain access program)
2. Locate and remove for any Microsoft/Outlook-related credentials
3. Log out and log back into your machine
Additionally, I would try to delete old Teams account from the machine.
