When attempting to submit a case to request account cancellation, I'm unable to submit the case due to missing Okta Org. The "Select the Okta Org impacted by this issue" field is not populating with anything no matter what I put in there or attempt to search for.
Please help in getting my account cancelled. This has become very frustrating. Why isn't there a way to simply click a "cancel" button from within the Admin Console?
