I have an app that has users both internal and external to the organization sign in.
Prior to OIE, I had self service registration enabled. Anyone that created an account would be added to the "Customer" group. External users were all manually provisioned so they did not get in Customer group as we did not want them there. We gave them access to customer facing apps where needed based on other groups.
When upgrading to OIE, now all internal users are made customers as that is part of the default profile enrollment policy. Disabling progressive profiling does not make a difference. Ideally, I'd like to not have these internal users become customers.
