Add User to Application group based on their Okta User profile Attribute

i would like to automatically create a group inside my App with all users who's okta user profile has user-type attribute" hourly"
When a user is logged in to the pp for the first time i would like the application to automatically crreate the group if it does not exist, if it exist it would add the user to that group.
The company have created a custum claim foir this already, i just have a hard time configuring this in okta.

Hello,
From my understanding, you may achieve this with group push. If you push Okta groups to App, you can choose whether for Okta to create the group, or link to an existing app group, and if the user is provisioned to the app, he will automatically be added to the group that he is assigned in Okta.
