3zkne (3zkne) asked a question.
Can anybody help here? Facebook codes disappeared in OKTA as I bought a new phone, and now I am not able to log in to my Facebook Account. I work in WPP, WPP IT service has solved the organization issue but they are not able to figure out a way to get the codes from OKTA. I reached out to Facebook Support, and they have mentioned to reach out OKTA support but I don't know how to reach OKTA support, there is no way to contact these guys, This is the worst authenticator app I have ever witnessed. This issue is very common especially related to OKTA, but no solution

Hi, @3zkne (3zkne)
Thank you for posting on our Community page!
If you still have the old device, you can try Bluetooth transfer:

Here is a previous question answered some time ago: https://support.okta.com/help/s/question/0D54z00007L4OinCAF/facebook-2fa-was-deleted-in-my-okta-verify-when-setting-up-new-iphone?language=en_US
If not, on MFA reset you can only retrieve the login info for the apps you had in your workplace dashboard. We do not support personal apps. You can try to reset credentials via Facebook help page.
Thank you for reaching out to our Community and have a great day!
