Hello!
First of all, I would like to point out that I use Facebook Business Manager to work, my life is kinda depending on this.
I switched to a new phone yesterday and that caused me to lose access to my OKTA verify codes.
I removed Facebook account from my OKTA account that was in the old device thinking that would allow me to create a new one ( in the new devide). That didn't happen and right now I don't have th 6 digit code that allows me to log in my facebook account.
Luckily, I'm still logged in facebook on my old device. But when I try on Security and Privacy settings to generate a code this message appears:
"Sorry, an error occurred.
Try again. You can also activate the code generator manually, with the key."
(As suggested, when I try to do it mannualy, they tell me to follow the url " http:/fb.me/cg ". But that leads me to: "This page isn't available
The link you followed may be broken, or the page may have been removed "
So, in a nutshell, right now the only devide (my old phone) that I'm still logged in facebook doesn't let me do any changes to this 2FA, while at the same time, I have no OKTA code to use when I'm trying to log in my facebook account (my pc or new phone).
Thanks in advance for any help you can give me at this point!

Hi @8f08z (8f08z),
Thank you for posting on the Okta community page!
I have done some research on my end and it seems that you will have to reset your MFA and perform the enrolment again in order to be able to have the 6 digit codes on your new device. In case you cannot reset your MFA, you should reach out to one of your Okta Administrators to perform this action in order for you to be able to have access.
I hope the above information is useful!
hi @flaviu.vrinceanu1.5628408972654734E12 (Customer Success Service Delivery) , I'm also facing this frustrating issue currently. Can you guide me on the steps required to reset my MFA?
Thanks in advance!
