DerekM.04632 (Customer) asked a question.

Cannot complete tasks on Apps that are deleted.

I have tasks in my admin console that I cannot complete. I think the error is because the application no longer exists in our tenant. /help/servlet/rtaImage?refid=0EM4z000007nlIv

And nothing happens. Can anyone help?

Hi! Are the tasks related to the deactivated application? Have you tried briefly reactivating, closing out the tasks, then deactivating? I assume this is just for the de-provisioning tasks (though I am not certain) and they are going to be generated when a user is unassigned form the application. You can also choose not to generate these tasks as well.

Nonetheless, if you continue to run into this bug, you could remove the groups to the app, complete the tasks, then deactivate. I will wait further context from you - thanks!
