Lost authentication access after new device

Hello,

I recently bought a new personal device. When I got the new device, I had to have my company's IT department re set me up on Okta so that I could log into my email and other services through a push sent to the new device. What I did not realize, was when I reset up Okta was that a company TikTok account I manage also had two-factor authentication set up tied to that Okta that was on my old device. The Okta on the new device does not get push notifications when I try to log into TikTok nor does the codes in the Okta app work to try to sign in. Does anyone have a solution to this or am I permanently logged out of that account because the two-factor authentication is tied to a device I no longer have? I tired reaching out to TikTok with no answer.
