I have an account already created, but we integrated Okta in a very non-traditional way due to aggressive deadlines. We're trying to back track now and set up the sandbox environment. When installing the okta ad agent, do I have to use the same service account that was used for the initial two okta ad agents? Also, is there an article available for setting up the Okta Preview environment?

If you are installing the AD Agent into the new server then please create a new service account.
Also, the AD Agent installation or setting up OKTA Preview environment process is same for all the environments.

Thank you so much! I'm a bit of a new okta user/admin, so would you mind explaining the difference between the oktapreview environment from my organization's production environment? Am I safe to experiment in the preview environment without it effecting anything?
