Okta Help Center Web Site is a confusing & frustrating mess!!!

The okta Help Center Web Site is a confusing & frustrating mess!!! I am simply trying to get information as to the TLS version that my organization uses and trying to obtain the SOC2 Report, the site leads a visitor in circles!!!! I even tried to get the number to call support and that will not give the phone number to call. Whomever designed this web site surely hasn't used it.

    @a0n5s (a0n5s)​ Thank you for the info. I've taken a look on our end and I can see that you have multiple account associated with the email address (we're not going to share it here) listed for the Okta Community so that might be the cause of the issue. 

     

    Please try the following:  

     

    1. Open an incognito window or a in a different browser and log into a production org with an admin account. 
    2. Navigate to the Okta Admin Dashboard. 
    3. Click on (?) Resources > Help Center (top right side, next to your username). 
    4. Once there, the account that is logged into the Help Center should be able to access the https://support.okta.com/help/s/securitydocs resources.  

     

    Please let me know how it goes.
