The okta Help Center Web Site is a confusing & frustrating mess!!! I am simply trying to get information as to the TLS version that my organization uses and trying to obtain the SOC2 Report, the site leads a visitor in circles!!!! I even tried to get the number to call support and that will not give the phone number to call. Whomever designed this web site surely hasn't used it.

The link doesn't work. I log in with my username and then when I try to open the "https://support.okta.com/help/s/securitydocs" link, it opens to a new web page with the message "No Access
Sign in with your Okta administrator credentials to view this content." This does not help me, why do I have to log in a 2nd time, when my username & password already let me in the site?
