    Hi Dedric,

     

    This is happening because of the defined network zone, means that the user who are trying to access they are not in the list of defined network zone.

    To resolve this issue you may need to do the changes in the network zones or you can change the settings inside authentication policy.

    For creating Network zone, please follow steps :

    Go to admin console > go to security > go to networks > Click on add zone, where you would be able to define zone.
