Client Secret and Okta URL for Okta Agent Setup
Where do I find the Client Secret and Okta URL for setting up the agent on a windows server?

Usually client secret is located on the sign on tab of an OIDC/OAuth application, however I do not recall any agent that would require such information for setup.
The Okta URL is the URL you would use for logging into okta, example.okta.com.
