we are in process of switching VPN clients and the new clients when connecting get prompted for credentials when going to okta landing page for apps. neither of our previous VPN clients have had this issue. every time they close browser and bring it back up they have to re-sign into Okta even though they are on network and IPs are in the Trusted Gateway IPs in Security | Networks. test user is on a windows 10 laptop using either chrome and Edge.
