User left their phone at home and isn't able to verify with Okta Verify

I have a user who left there mobile device at home and is in the office. What can be done for this user, as well as users who run into this issue in the future?

    Create a separate group for Non_MFA_Users and allow time bound access to users without MFA. Remove the user from the group after a day. This can be done using Global session policy rule.

    You can also setup additional MFA for your users that do not require phones, like Security Question or Email. Keeping the user without MFA for a long time might be a security risk and we recommend to use a different form of MFA for when this might happen.

    @RomarioP.51344 (Customer)​ do you have yubikey? you can assign your Yubikey with his account as WebAuthn, then insert you Yubikey as MFA when he login. but not let he control your Yubikey.
