When users launch their apps the page launches but the app never authenticates. They know the password and have tried to reenter it into Okta but it still never authenticates.

I would assume this is about a SWA application, if so then the application might have broken if the site has changed in any form. If this is not working for just a few users then the password stored in Okta is incorrect.
