New licenses not showing up in Microsoft 365 app even after Re-Authentication

I can see the new license (Microsoft 365 Business Basic) listed in My Products in the Microsoft 365 portal but despite re-authenticating the M365 app in Okta multiple times, the license is not showing up for assignment.

    I resolved this - the licenses are there, but they show up as Business Essentials not Business Basic.
