Automatic pop up being launched when opening outlook app from my pc. Old student and no credentials anymore.
Dear Okta Community,
I am an old student of the Vlerick Business School which used the Okta platform. I am now an alumini and I do not have any credentials with the schools (my school email adress is out of service).

When I am opening outlook app on my pc, it automaticaly opens a pop-up from my school asking my to log-in. Not possible anymore as credentials are out-of-service. When I close the window, it fails to open outlook and submit an error message. Therefore I cannot have access to outlook anymore.

Could you please let me know how I could reconnect to my outlook app. I need it for professional purposes now.
