I previously worked for a company where they used Okta with the Microsoft outlook app to login. I had this set up on my phone. I have now moved to a new company and am not able to activate my account because every time I go to add the account on the outlook app, it automatically redirects me to the Okta page telling me to login with my old companies email address. How do I stop this happening?

You need to remove your old company account from the phone.
To remove your account from the Outlook mobile app:
iOS
Open the app; tap Settings.
At the bottom of the Settings screen, tap Remove Account.
Tap From Device & Remote Data.
Android
Open the app; navigate to and tap Settings.
Tap the name of the account.
Tap Remove Account from Device and Remote.
