Office apps are not doing SSO but all other apps and browsers do
Hi,
We are experiencing a issue where only Office 365 thick apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive) are not doing SSO but everything else is. We recently upgraded our virus protection software, but to eliminate that we removed it and tested without it but still same issue. All other apps that we have are doing SSO and also browser access, just not the Office 365 thick apps.
We are using IWA agent and not agentless setup.
Any idea why it is only Office 365 thick apps and nothing else? Why they are different than others? Was there any change that can cause this issue?

Hi,
Thank you for your research, but this is not the solution to my problem. We are having issue with SSO and not MFA. SSO is not working for Office thick apps only. All others are working fine. Anyone else that can take a look at this and provide us any good info on it?
