Hi i know that there are other topics about this but since i cannot do forgot password or create case, i feel like im stuck
i have 1 admin account for my tenan, i can do login with non-admin but i cannot do login with the admin account
i try to do forgot password "Password reset is not allowed at this time. Please contact support for assistance."
and i cannot create a case with other account.
