Hi there!
I am facing very strange issue - since 24.10 I am not able to login as any of 2 of my Administrator's accounts. One of the accounts is AD-managed, so I could suspect some AD activity that could deactivate it. But the other is simply OKTA - managed but the login doesn't work still.
I cannot login as Admin to open a Case to reset my password.
How can I go around it?
