Unable to re-import user into the Okta platform after deactivating and deleting via the Okta Admin portal

Good afternoon, I deactivated and deleted a user in Okta. Now I'm unable to re-import them from AD when I perform a full import in Okta... I've already confirmed that their account is enabled in AD and are still locked within the same OU synced with Okta... Could someone point me in the right direction?

    Hey! great question - lets get the big ones out of the way:

     

    • they are enabled
    • they have first name, last name, and email attributes
    • they are in an OU that is syncing to Okta

     

    Next, do you have any errors? Can we confirm that the agents are up and running as expected? Next, I would recommend that you check your import page - is the user there and they simply require a manual confirmation (you may have auto-confirm off). On the other hand, could you search for the user? You may have auto-confirm on meaning they will not be awaiting confirmation on the import page.

    Good morning, we do have auto-confirm off, both agents are up and active, haven't had any errors, and I've type their name in the search on the imports page and manually searched through the unconfirmed imports.
