The agent was not working, so I tried to manually upgrade it. It get's to this stage an throws up an error. I've tried searching the web, I have uninstalled and the app, deleted the folders, tried to install it in a new folder. All to no success. Has anyone ever seen this? I get the same error if I try installing a previous version.
