I am facing an issue since last week when I try to log in as admin in my Okta instance. Suddenly, I lost my access. May credentials are not working anymore. When I try to sign in, I got a "Unable to Sign-in" message. If I click on the "Forgot Password" link to try to receive an email, the system said the message was sent, but I never received anything in my inbox
Does anyone have an idea about how to resolve this?

Hi! I would recommend that you reach out to your Okta or IT team for further assistance on this. There are a few possibilities on what could be causing this, but those of us here on the community site are unable to see any "backend" messages or configurations that might be tied to this. I would recommend reaching out to support if you are the only admin as well. I hope this helps! Thanks!
I would like to do that, but the support form does not allow me to open a ticket, since it requires me to log in to do that. Is there any email address to send this issue to them?
