We have multiple sites across the organization, and today in 2 different locations users got error 403 when attempting to sign in to treelinebiosciences.okta.com. They usually log in this way, and I provided a link that helped the users in one location log in https://treelinebiosciences.okta.com/app/UserHome but at the other sites the other users still cannot log in with that link.
Steps taken to try to fix it:
- clearing cache
- trying a different url trying another browser
- trying incognito
- resetting network adapter
- pinging the site (no packet loss)
Strangely, one of our techs was able to log into one of the user's accounts with the usual link from a different location. Any help would really be appreciated.
