Users getting suspended on OKTA from lack of engagement

We have certain members of the team who do not need to access OKTA frequently. Their OKTA accounts are being suspended presumably from lack of use. How long can you leave an OKTA account until it suspends you due to inactivity?

    Hi Jessica,

    It depends upon the configuration you have done. Please whether there is any automation/workflow set to deactivate user based on the inactivtiy.

    By default users are not Suspended or Deactivated based on inactivity. This is usually happens when Automation is setup within the Organisation. Please find below our documentation on Automation and how it works:
