Suspend Okta account on Leave of Absense in Workday

I'd like to find a way to suspend a user's Okta account when they go on Leave of Absence (LOA) in Workday. And, ideally, reactivate them upon returning. We are setup with a Workday-As-A-Master configuration where users created in Workday are pushed to Okta, created, updated, deactivated accordingly.

Has anyone done something like this or may be able to point me in the right direction?

    Hi Mike,

You can define the Automation Rule in OKTA. Goto --->Workflows --->Automation --->Add Automation Rule.

You can specify the conditions like user Inactivity in OKTA & based on the schedule it will trigger the Rule. I have attached the screenshot below for reference.

    Capture

    I hope it helps.

Thank you for the feedback. That will not accomplish what I was looking for. I was hoping someone had integrated with Workday and had found an attribute or status in Workday I could pass to Okta and key off to accomplish this.
