How can I block users from accessing their gmail account using the suspend status in Okta? Suspending the account does not suspend the user in Google Workspace. Users are still able to access their gmail on mobile devices such as their phone and ipad.

This is not currently supported. Okta user account suspension would only prevent them from logging into Okta and it does not influence app session lifetime.
If a user was already logged into the apps, you would need to clear the user session from the Google admin side.

Yep this works, I first suspend the user in Okta, I then reset the Sign in Cookies in Google Admin. As an added precaution I also reset the user's password in Google admin. This leaves the user in a suspended state and locked out of Google Workspace.
@HenryI.84337 (Customer) is it not possible when google workspaces integrate with Okta.
