Minimum security permissions needed to enable 'Create API Token' for Okta Users with custom role
I have a custom role for Okta users which allows them to perform application management, group view/edit, group membership view/edit, and user lifecycle operations. But the users to whom this role is assigned, are unable to see the option to create API token from 'Security'. What are the permissions the custom role should include to enable user to create Okta API token?

There currently is no custom role permission to allow API token creation permissions.
