Could you please update that article to include how to navigate to the first screenshot:

How do I make sure provisioning is enabled?

How do I get to the page to do the following:

"The Application Username format is set to Custom and is not using deprecated expressions or non-working expressions."

      Hi, @lnllt (lnllt)

For the first screenshot = on the dashboard, go to Applications - Select the right app - Sign On tab - Credential details

Provisioning enabled or not can be seen on Applications - select the right app - Provisioning tab - scroll down and it will tell if Provisioning is enabled or not.

        Hi, @lnllt (lnllt)

I now understand it is an OIDC app. I suggest you open a case with support to further check as there are many variables to take into account here.
