lnllt (lnllt) asked a question.
I followed the instructions at https://help.okta.com/oie/en-us/Content/Topics/users-groups-profiles/usgp-auto-update-app-username.htm but when a user updated their email address, the username was not updated to be that new email address.
How can I get the username to always reflect the email?
Here's the mapping:

Could you please update that article to include how to navigate to the first screenshot:
How do I make sure provisioning is enabled?
How do I get to the page to do the following:
"The Application Username format is set to Custom and is not using deprecated expressions or non-working expressions."
Hi, @lnllt (lnllt)
For the first screenshot = on the dashboard, go to Applications - Select the right app - Sign On tab - Credential details
Provisioning enabled or not can be seen on Applications - select the right app - Provisioning tab - scroll down and it will tell if Provisioning is enabled or not.
I still can't see it:
