    From what I understand, all new Dev orgs should be on OIE for quite some time now. If yours is still on the Classic Engine, I would recommend that you reach out to support and receive their guidance on how this is best accomplished. Until the self-upgrade feature is released, you will need to contact either support or your account rep (if applicable) for the upgrade to be initiated. I hope that helps! Thanks!
