I have a legacy dev instance of Okta (classic).
It doesn't seem like I have a path to either upgrade to OIE or tear it down so I can re-spin one. I don't have access to raise a ticket since I'm only on developer.
Has anyone had success on either path?

Hi @PeterD.09353 (Customer) , Thank you for reaching out to the Okta Community!
Conversion to OIE is not available for free trial/developer orgs.
You will need to sign up for a new dev org which will be automatically OIE.
You can email us at community@okta.com from the address associated with your SuperAdmin with your org details and we can process your request for deactivation, but this will not allow you to re-use the same email address. You will need to use a new email address to sign-up, or look into something like step 2 mentioned in this article.
