We are implementing the Access Request module in OIG. And I want to trigger an email to a public Slack channel (or my it-help email) if an app access request is approved. However, from what I can tell, you can only create tasks for Okta users or Okta groups. Does anyone know how this is possible? You can do it from the Self-Service access request portal, but this functionality seems to be missing from the AR module in OIG.
