How are you handling Access Reviews without OIG?
We're not currently using OIG. I'm trying to look at which apps each users has access to and what their permissions are for those apps. There doesn't seem to be an easy way to do that. I looked at the Current Assignments report, but it doesn't list permissions. I could use the User App Access Report, but this requires me to filter by Group. The problem is that Group Rule Assignments are limited (they can't be edited) so we've created role-based groups and assigned apps directly.
Any suggestions or ideas on how to address this without having to go the OIG route?
