New OKTA users, glossary System Log
I run a small team comprising fraud analysts and investigators at a mid-tier bank. We are in the process of implementing OKTA to screen web and mobile logins for our external customers.
Our investigators and analysts will need to understand the various data touchpoints that OKTA collects and displayed in the System Log – i.e. user.authentication.sso / policy.evaluate_sign_on / outcome.reason. Is there a glossary that defines each and explains each these touchpoints?
