I have a preview sandbox set up for testing O365 federation and for some reason I'm only seeing the General Settings tab for O36 when tying to create the application. I don't see the Sign On tab where you would choose SWA of WS-Federation. It actually finishes setup, but it of course doesn't work. I checked Salesforce and seeing the same thing, no Sign on tab.
What am I missing? I see all of this in my production environment, so not sure if it's a setting I forgot or something not available in the sandbox.

It looks like you are missing an SSO SKU/feature. Please get in touch with your Account Executive and they will instruct you further.

@User16594883467582706479 (Customer Support Online Experience) According to our Account Executive if we have it in our production environment we should have it in our Sandbox. We definitely do have it in production, I've set up multiple Application's. but I'm not seeing the options for SSO, I get this message. "There are no sign-on modes available for this application." on the sign on page.

My suggestion is to open a case with Support so they can take a better look at what is going on.
