This is a servicenow integration that OKTA created, in the ServiceNow store documentation it references that you can configure the actions but we can't seem to find any documentation on that feature and how can we can set that up. For example, the OKTA Actions section on security incident. We are trying to build this over on the incident form.
Listed in the Key Feature : "All actions available as building blocks for integrated ServiceNow workflows (configuration required)"

Hi! I did something very similar in my own environment, but beyond connecting the ServiceNow connector within Workflows or within our SAML integration. I took a look at the docs on ServiceNow side.. this may be something you want to contact your ServiceNow Developer with or reach out to their support for more detailed documentation. Do you have any Okta side configurations or documentation you are working off of and I would be happy to help further. Thanks again!

Got it, do you have any Okta engineers at your company that can contact support for further information on that? It appears to be an integration that is created by and supported by Okta, but you are correct, unfortunately there does not seem to be a great deal of documentation on this, my assumption was that it would be hidden behind the paywall for that feature. Perhaps a support ticket could shed more light on that?
