Hi,
Is there a setting or policy that blocks access to Okta after a team member leaves his/her shift for the day? This is only for non-exempt team members. Normally in AD, we can set time/schedule restrictions on their account. Does something such as that exist in Okta?

I don't think there is feature OOTB...
You would essentially need to suspend and un-suspend/activate the user as needed.
You probably could do this using Okta Workflows though.
