Can I have all global notifications go to specific email address?

We would like to centralize all notifications so they fed into our ticket system instead of an inbox. Is there a way we can do this with System Notifications?

    Hi! I would recommend you take a look here for setting email notifications.

     

    Configure your email notifications

     

    From what I understand, you cannot configure to send notifications to a particular email, but rather set up notification settings for admins of the org. You could always setup an email rule to forward these emails and such, but unfortunately that is not as straightforward a solution as what you are asking for. I would definitely recommend submitting this as an Idea on Okta Ideas for voting and tracking of the request.
