There are lots Okta global customer with office in China. So many of them will use office 365 China version. Office 365 China version is individual version which separate from office 365 Global version and like GCC version.

So we can’t setup office 365 China version by office 365 in OIN. The endpoint is different.

for example:

SSO URL: https://login.microsoftonline.com/login.srf =https://login.partner.microsoftonline.cn/login.srf

SAML Audience: urn:federation:MicrosoftOnline = urn:federation:partner.microsoftonline.cn
